What is your return policy?

Please let us know within 14 days from date of purchase.  Goods will need to be in the original condition and packaging and in a resalable condition.   

Return postage will be at customers expense. Returns will receive store credit for the value of the product returned, as invoiced. 

Cancelation of any order, or part order, made with Afterpay will receive a store credit.  

If you receive a damaged product, we will refund the return shipping costs, and you can have a credit voucher, full refund or a replacement product if available. 

 

No refunds or exchange on items that are purchased while on sale.

Where available, you will receive a consignment number to track  your order.

All orders packed and sent within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.


Please  allow 2-10 business days  for your goods  to arrive .  


Pre order and In stock will  be sent together.
